**Return for Store Credit Only:** We offer returns for store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds.

**Eligibility:** To be eligible for a return for store credit, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

**Timeframe:** You must initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of purchase to qualify for store credit.

**Return Process:** To request a return for store credit, please contact our customer support at hello@edibleedges.com or by Whatsapp at +96170337333 with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.

**Shipping Costs:** Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for store credit.

**Store Credit Issuance:** Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit in the form of an EDIBLE EDGE gift card. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

**Non-Returnable Items:** Certain items, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return or store credit. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

**Damaged or Defective Items:** If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with a replacement or store credit.
